From our atelier in Monte San Giusto (Macerata) we handle orders from all over Italy with an at-home impression kit — and if you're in Marche, we'll meet in person.

Why there's no grillz shop around the corner
Search "grillz near me" and what comes up is mostly resellers of one-size pieces, not workshops. Real custom grillz are lab work: a dental impression, a 3D design built on the exact model of your teeth, lost-wax casting, hand finishing. Very few places in Italy cover the whole chain — which is exactly why the good ones are never everywhere.
And here's the part nobody tells you: with made-to-measure, distance is irrelevant. The fit doesn't come from you standing in our workshop — it comes from your impression. Once your mould reaches us, an order from Palermo gets exactly the same piece as one from Macerata.

How it works remotely, from anywhere in Italy
The remote process is identical to the in-atelier one: the only thing that changes is how your impression reaches us.

Order the impression kit
Order it online in a couple of minutes: €20 plus shipping. It arrives in 2-4 days with professional silicone, a double tray and illustrated instructions.

Take the mould at home
About fifteen minutes, no dentist needed: mix the silicone, bite into the tray, let it set. If anything feels off, we walk you through it on WhatsApp.

Send it back — we design in 3D
Ship the mould back to us: we scan it and design your grillz in 3D on the exact model of your teeth, down to a tenth of a millimetre.

Casting, finishing, delivery
Lost-wax casting, mirror polishing, optional gold-effect PVD finish and hand-set stones. Then tracked, insured shipping anywhere in Italy for €8, by express courier in 24-48h.

In Marche: by appointment at the atelier
The atelier is in Monte San Giusto, in the province of Macerata — the heart of Marche, a land of shoemakers and artisans where "handmade" is serious business. If you're in the area, the impression happens in person: book a slot, come over, see and touch the materials while we go through your design together.
We see people by appointment only — message us on WhatsApp or Instagram @grillz.marche and we'll find a time. The atelier is an easy reach from:

Not local, and not sold on DIY? There's a third way: any dentist can take your impression — it's routine work for a practice — and you send it on to us. For us the result is the same: a precise mould of your teeth, ready to become a 3D design.

Distance doesn't change the quality
Whether the impression comes from the atelier or from your kitchen table, the process is identical: scanning, 3D design, lost-wax casting, ISO 22674 certified dental alloy, gold-effect PVD finish on Premium pieces, hand-set stones. And we check every mould before production: if it isn't usable we tell you straight away — we don't cast blind.
One last thing, because it's how we work: grillz are decorative jewellery — a removable piece you take out to eat and sleep. Anyone selling them as something else isn't doing you a favour.

04Is a home impression as good as one taken at the atelier?+
Yes, if you follow the instructions: the kit contains professional silicone, a double tray and a step-by-step illustrated guide. And we check every impression before producing anything: if something's off we tell you and walk you through retaking it, rather than casting a piece that would fit badly.
05What does a remotely ordered grillz cost, all in?+
