PRICES, EXPLAINED PROPERLY

HOW MUCH DO GRILLZ COST? real prices, no runaround.

Updated 13 July 2026 · Grillz Marche workshop, Monte San Giusto (MC), Italy

A custom grill in Italy costs from €100 for a single tooth in ISO 22674 certified chrome-cobalt dental alloy and from €135 with 24Kt gold-effect PVD finish. A full 8-tooth arch runs €600 to €750, a 16-tooth full smile €960 to €1,200. These are our public list prices, updated July 2026: no "price on request", no surprises in the DMs.

01

The full price table (Essential vs Premium)

The price of a custom grill depends on three things: material, number of teeth and customizations. The table below is our real starting price list — the same one that powers the configurator and the pricing page:

TeethEssential · silverPremium · gold-effect PVD
1 tooth100135
2 teeth170230
4 teeth320410
6 teeth450570
8 teeth600750
16 teeth9601200

Two lines, one quality: the base is always the same ISO 22674 certified chrome-cobalt dental alloy, lost-wax cast and hand-polished to a mirror. The Premium adds a 24Kt gold-effect PVD coating applied under vacuum: you pay for the finish, not for a precious metal that isn't there.

Why publish everything? Because in the grillz world "price on request" is usually the opening move of a DM negotiation. We'd rather you compare the numbers before you even message us.

02

What drives the price up: customizations and stones

Only the work you actually choose gets added to the base. These numbers are public too — the same ones in the configurator:

Open face · +€25
The metal frames the tooth and leaves a window open in the middle: natural enamel stays visible. The Houston and Atlanta classic.
Engraved textures · +€40
Relief engravings designed in 3D and hand-finished: your personal drip, straight into the metal.
Fang · +€50
The canine stretches into a sharp point. Often ordered as a pair; works in silver and gold-effect PVD alike.
Broken · +€60
Deliberately "torn" sculptural edges, each fracture planned to a tenth of a millimetre in the 3D design.
Stones · from €10 each
Hand-set cubic zirconia, from a single accent stone to a fully iced tooth (+€80 per tooth).

Styles combine freely. You see the exact total of your combination in real time in the configurator, before leaving any contact details — and if an option inflates the price without adding anything to your design, we tell you upfront.

Why €30 grillz online cost so little (and what you risk)

The €30-50 "gold" grillz on marketplaces are one-size pieces in brass or undeclared alloys, pressure-fitted with DIY moulding paste: they never truly fit and you don't know what you're keeping in your mouth. A custom grill costs more because it's born from the exact cast of your teeth, in certified dental alloy, cast and hand-finished in Italy one piece at a time.

This isn't purism: a piece that wobbles ends up in a drawer within a week, and a mystery alloy in contact with saliva is a risk no discount justifies. The price difference buys fit, declared material and a piece you'll actually wear.

Are grillz bad for your teeth? The honest guide

04

Impression kit, shipping and lead times

On top of the piece there are only two extra items, both declared: the at-home impression kit (€20 — only if you don't visit the atelier or your own dentist) and tracked shipping within Italy (€8). No hidden checkout costs — there is no checkout: you confirm your order without paying anything online.

Lead times: on average 1-2 weeks from impression to delivery, including scanning, 3D design, casting and hand finishing. In a hurry? The Priority service (+€50) means production in 24-48h and a 10% discount if you pay upfront.

Honest advice for starters: if grillz intrigue you but you're not ready to commit, start with a single tooth. For under €150 all-in you get a true custom piece in declared materials — and you'll know first-hand whether the full smile is for you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about grillz prices

01How much do gold grillz cost per tooth?+

If by "gold" you mean the colour, our Premium with 24Kt gold-effect PVD finish starts at €135 per tooth. Solid gold is a different story: it follows the metal's market price and runs hundreds of euros per tooth — anyone offering it at €50 isn't selling you solid gold. We use certified dental alloy with a PVD finish, and we say so plainly.

02How much is a full arch, all-in?+

An 8-tooth arch starts at €600 in Essential silver and €750 in Premium gold-effect PVD. Add any customizations, the impression kit (€20) if you take the mould at home, and shipping within Italy (€8): you build the exact total, item by item, in the configurator.

03Is the configurator quote binding, or does the price change later?+

What you see in the configurator is the price, item by item: material, teeth, styles, stones, kit and shipping. It isn't an estimate to renegotiate "in private": if your cast or design required something different, we'd tell you before producing, not after.

04Why do you cost less than solid gold but more than marketplace grillz?+

Because we sit exactly in the middle, by choice: dental-lab materials (ISO 22674 alloy, hand-set zirconia) and Italian artisan work, without the price of precious metal. The result is a true custom piece from €100 — not one-size costume jewelry, not luxury at hundreds of euros per tooth.
