The full price table (Essential vs Premium)

The price of a custom grill depends on three things: material, number of teeth and customizations. The table below is my real starting price list, the same one that powers the configurator and the pricing page:

The more teeth you cover, the less each one costs: from about €125 per tooth on the Premium 2-tooth minimum set down to about €100 per tooth on an eight-piece. The table above shows the effective per-tooth price at every size.

Two lines, one quality: the base is always the same ISO 22674 certified chrome-cobalt dental alloy, printed at a certified Italian centre and hand-polished to a mirror. The Premium adds a 24Kt gold-effect PVD coating applied under vacuum: you pay for the finish, not for a precious metal that isn't there.

Why publish everything? Because in the grillz world "price on request" is usually the opening move of a DM negotiation. We'd rather you compare the numbers before you even message us.

What drives the price up: customizations and stones

Only the work you actually choose gets added to the base. These numbers are public too, the same ones in the configurator:

Open face · +€35

The metal frames the tooth and leaves a window open in the middle: natural enamel stays visible. The Houston and Atlanta classic.

Engraved textures · +€35

Relief engravings designed in 3D and hand-finished: your personal drip, straight into the metal.

Fang · +€20

The canine stretches into a sharp point. Often ordered as a pair; works in silver and gold-effect PVD alike.

Broken · +€35

Deliberately "torn" sculptural edges, each fracture planned first in the 3D design.

Stones · from €10 each

Hand-set cubic zirconia, from a single accent stone to a fully iced tooth (+€85 per tooth).

Styles combine freely. You see the exact total of your combination in real time in the configurator, before leaving any contact details. And if an option inflates the price without adding anything to your design, I tell you upfront.

Why €30 grillz online cost so little (and what you risk)

The €30–50 "gold" grillz on marketplaces are one-size pieces in brass or undeclared alloys, pressure-fitted with DIY moulding paste: they never truly fit and you don't know what you're keeping in your mouth. A custom grill costs more because it's born from the exact cast of your teeth, in certified dental alloy, printed and hand-finished in Italy one piece at a time.

And I'm not saying that as a purist: a piece that wobbles in your mouth ends up in a drawer within a week, and a mystery alloy in contact with saliva is a risk no discount justifies. The price difference buys two things: a piece born from the cast of your teeth, and knowing exactly what you're holding in your mouth.

Impression kit, shipping and lead times

On top of the piece there are only two items, both declared: the home impression kit (€25, only if you don't come to the atelier or go to your dentist) and tracked shipping in Italy (€8). No hidden costs: online you only pay for the kit, to get it delivered; the grillz balance we settle in chat once I confirm the design.

Timing: on average 1–2 weeks from impression arrival to delivery, including scanning, 3D sculpting, printing and hand finishing. Got a date coming up? There's Skip-the-line (+€50): your order leapfrogs the production queue.

Advice for starters: if grillz intrigue you but you're not ready to commit, start with a single tooth. For under €170 all-in you get a true custom piece in declared materials, and you'll know first-hand whether the full smile is for you.
