TERMS & CONDITIONS

The full rules, written to be understood. No hidden clauses.

These terms govern the use of grillzmarche.com and orders for custom grillz. They are written in plain language but with precision: read them before ordering and, if anything is unclear, write to us — we actually reply. Where you buy as a consumer, nothing on this page can reduce the rights the law guarantees you.

The site and the products belong to Grillz Marche di Moustachfa Wassim, a sole proprietorship based at Via Nicolò Bonafede 5, 62015 Monte San Giusto (MC), Italy.

On this page, «we» means Grillz Marche and «you» means the customer. If you buy as a consumer (for personal use, not for your trade or profession) you enjoy all the protections of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005): those rights cannot be waived, and if any clause of these terms conflicts with the law, the law always prevails.

Definitions

To avoid repeating ourselves, a few words in these terms have a precise meaning:

  • Grillz: a removable dental jewel made to measure from your dental impression.
  • Impression kit: the kit we ship you to take an impression of your teeth at home (€20).
  • Photo-gate: our impression quality check — before mailing it back, you send us a photo on WhatsApp or Instagram and we approve it (or ask you to redo it, using the extra material included).
  • Quote / request: the configuration you submit from the site. It is not a binding order, for you or for us.
  • Waiting list (pre-order): the site's current mode — see section 4.
  • Consumer Code: Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Italian law protecting consumers.

What grillz are (and what they are not)

Our grillz are removable fashion jewellery: jewels you wear over your teeth and take off whenever you want. They are made of chrome-cobalt dental-grade alloy certified ISO 22674, mirror polished. The «silver» version has the colour of silver but is not 925 silver (which oxidises in the mouth); the «gold» version has a gold-effect PVD finish (titanium nitride) and is not solid gold or precious metal.

Grillz are NOT medical devices and NOT dental prostheses. They have no therapeutic function, they do not straighten teeth and they never replace a dental visit or treatment.

Minor differences in shine or detail compared with the photos on the site are normal: every piece is hand-finished on your impression.

The site is currently in waiting-list mode: no payments

No payment is currently requested or collected on this site. The configurator only generates a quote / pre-order request: you join the waiting list and we contact you when sales open.

In practice: you configure your grillz, leave your contact details and receive a summary email. No sales contract is concluded at this stage and you commit to nothing. When we open sales we will contact you with an updated quote, the payment methods and the version of these terms then in force, which we will ask you to accept before confirming the order.

The following sections on payments, delivery, withdrawal and warranty describe how the sales process will work once active: we publish them now for full transparency.

How an order comes to life

When sales are active, the journey looks like this:

  • 1. You configure your grillz on the site (material, teeth, style, extras) and submit the request: it is a quote, not an order.
  • 2. We confirm availability, final price and lead time by email or WhatsApp.
  • 3. You pay following the instructions you receive and we send you the order confirmation: that is the moment the contract is concluded.
  • 4. We take the impression: with the home kit (with photo-gate), through your dentist, or at an appointment we arrange.
  • 5. Production and shipping: once impression and payment are confirmed, your piece goes into production.

A grillz is made for your mouth only: once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or changed. Before that moment you can always write to us to correct or stop everything.

If your request contains an obvious error (for example a clearly wrong price caused by a technical glitch), we will let you know and offer you the correct price before proceeding: you are free to walk away at no cost.

Prices and validity

All prices are in euros and are those shown on the site at the time of your request:

  • «Silver» grillz (polished chrome-cobalt): from €100 per tooth.
  • «Gold» grillz (gold-effect PVD finish): from €135 per tooth.
  • Home impression kit: €20.
  • Shipping within Italy: €8.

Customisation extras (open face, texture, stones, etc.) are priced in the configurator and itemised in the quote. The binding price is the one in the summary we confirm to you in writing: if the price list changes between your request and our confirmation, we tell you before proceeding and you remain free to decline.

Impression kit and photo-gate

The impression kit costs €20 and reaches you in 2-4 working days. It contains the material to take your dental impression yourself, plus extra material to repeat the attempt if needed.

Before mailing the impression back, the photo-gate applies: you send us a photo of the result on WhatsApp or Instagram and we check it. Only after our OK do you pack it up. If the impression is not precise, you redo it with the included material, at no extra cost. This way no unusable impression travels by post and no grillz is built on a flawed base.

The kit is not a made-to-measure product: for your right of withdrawal on the kit, see section 9 and the Returns & Refunds page.

Production time and delivery

Standard production time: 1-2 weeks from the moment we have both a valid impression and the order confirmation (and, once sales are active, the payment). Shipping is by express courier and every parcel leaves insured.

By law (art. 61 of the Consumer Code), unless we agree otherwise, we must deliver within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract. If we miss the agreed deadline, you may set us a reasonable additional deadline in writing; if we still fail to deliver, you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund of what you paid.

If a significant delay occurs (more than 7 days past the date we communicated), we will notify you and grant you a 10% discount on your next order: this is a commercial gesture that adds to the legal remedies above — it never replaces them.

Right of withdrawal: how it really works

The general rule for online purchases is that consumers have 14 days to change their mind and withdraw without giving reasons (art. 52 of the Consumer Code). But the same law provides exceptions, and one applies precisely to grillz:

Grillz made on your impression are goods made to your specifications and clearly personalised: under art. 59(1)(c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded. We say it plainly: a grillz moulded on your mouth cannot be resold to anyone else. By confirming a custom order you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 49(1)(m)).

Mind you: losing the right of withdrawal does not mean losing your protections. If the grillz arrives defective, different from what you ordered or with a wrong fit, the 2-year legal warranty (section 10) and our extra guarantees (Returns page) fully apply.

The impression kit, by contrast, is not made to measure: if you have not opened it, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery and get a refund. Once the seal is broken, withdrawal is excluded for hygiene reasons (art. 59(e)). The full procedure and the withdrawal form are on the Returns & Refunds page.

Legal warranty of conformity: 2 years

Every grillz and every kit is covered by the legal warranty of conformity for 24 months from delivery (arts. 128-135 of the Consumer Code). It is a right the law gives you as a consumer, and no seller can shorten or exclude it.

The warranty covers lack of conformity: manufacturing defects (porosity, non-conforming finish, wrong detailing), a product different from the one ordered, or an incorrect fit attributable to our workmanship. If the defect appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery: you do not have to prove anything.

The remedies provided by law, in this order: restoring conformity (repair or replacement — in our case, as a rule, remaking the piece free of charge) and, if that is impossible or fails, price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.

On top of that, as our own voluntary guarantees (which add to and never replace the legal one): a free refit within 30 days if the fit is not perfect, and fast remakes for workmanship defects. Details on the Returns & Refunds page.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse (sleeping with it, eating with it habitually, bending, drops) or alterations made by third parties.

Proper use and care

A grillz lasts years if you treat it like a jewel, not like a tooth. Ground rules:

  • Take it off to sleep and, whenever possible, to eat.
  • Clean it regularly with lukewarm water and a soft toothbrush; dry it before storing it in the case provided.
  • Keep up your oral hygiene: brush your teeth before wearing it.
  • It is not an orthodontic appliance: do not use it to «fix» your teeth and do not modify it yourself.
  • Keep it away from children: it is a small object that can be swallowed accidentally.

In case of persistent discomfort, irritation or pain, stop using it immediately and see your dentist; then write to us so we can work out together what happened.

Intellectual property

The Grillz Marche name, logo, texts, photos, videos, 3D models and designs published on the site belong to Grillz Marche or their respective owners. You may share them on social media crediting us, but you may not copy or use them commercially without our written consent.

Custom designs developed for your order and the related production files remain the property of Grillz Marche; the physical piece, of course, is yours. If you send us reference images for a design, you warrant that you have the right to use them.

Limitation of liability

We are liable for damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence and for everything the law does not allow to be excluded: nothing on this page limits your non-waivable consumer rights or our liability for personal injury.

We are not liable for damage caused by use of the product contrary to the instructions in section 11, by third-party alterations, or by incorrect information you provided (for example an impression taken badly and shipped skipping the photo-gate).

We do our best to keep the site available and error-free, but we cannot guarantee it will always be up or perfectly accurate: if you spot a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.

Complaints and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

If something goes wrong, the fastest channel is us: write to grillzmarche@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +39 389 482 9784, quoting your order number. We reply within 24 working hours with an action plan.

If we cannot reach an agreement, as a consumer you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body under arts. 141 et seq. of the Consumer Code — for example the mediation service of the Marche Chamber of Commerce — or bring the matter before a court (section 15).

A transparency note: the EU ODR platform for online disputes was shut down on 20 July 2025, so you will no longer find the link many sites still display. Your right to use ADR bodies remains fully intact.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.

If you are a consumer, any dispute falls under the exclusive, non-waivable jurisdiction of the courts of the place where you reside or are domiciled (art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code): no clause can impose a different court on you. If you buy in the course of a business or profession, the competent court is Macerata.

Changes and contacts

We may update these terms, for example when we switch on online payments: your order is always governed by the version in force at the time of confirmation, which is the one published on this page with the revision date at the bottom.
