What is inside the price

Every figure on this list covers the piece's whole journey: 3D design on your impression, test-fitting on the plaster cast of your arch, hand finishing and polishing in the atelier, and a WhatsApp photo-check before shipping, so you see the finished piece on the replica of your teeth before it leaves. The only thing not included is the impression kit (25 euro), for when you cannot visit the atelier: it ships with professional silicone, illustrated instructions and material for two attempts.

Essential and Premium come off the same bench: same ISO 22674 certified chrome-cobalt dental alloy, same scan, same hands. Premium adds one extra step: the 24Kt gold-effect PVD coating, applied under vacuum by a specialised Italian centre. That is why the price difference is fixed per size rather than a percentage: you pay for one more process, not for precious metal.

Custom work costs because it is real bench time: an open-face window has to be cut and blended, a texture engraved before polishing, every zircon set into a hand-milled seat. The add-ons are declared above, treatment by treatment, and in the configurator the total updates live with every choice: by the time you order, you already know everything, shipping included.
