Mine are built on the cast of your own teeth, so they rest where they should instead of gripping by pressure, and they are made from an ISO 22674 certified cobalt-chrome dental alloy, either mirror-polished or with a gold-effect PVD finish. They are jewellery: not dentures, not medical devices, and they do not treat anything.

In Italy a custom grill starts at €130 for a single tooth in ISO 22674 certified chrome-cobalt dental alloy (Essential line) and €310 (2-tooth minimum) with gold-effect PVD finish (Premium line). An 8-tooth arch runs €650 to €770, a 16-tooth full smile €1,000 to €1,240. Add optional customizations (open face, textures, stones from €10), the at-home impression kit (€35 on its own, shipping included; €25 if you add it to an order, free if you order it together with at least €400 of grillz) and shipping within Italy (€8, free from €200 of grillz: kit and shipping not counted). You get your exact quote for free in the configurator, no payment required.

A removable grill made on the exact cast of your teeth, worn for short periods and kept clean, is designed not to damage enamel. The real problems come from pressure-fitted one-size pieces, metals of unknown origin and misuse: eating, sleeping or skipping cleaning. That's why we only use certified dental alloy and work from your impression. Grillz remain jewelry, not medical devices: for any oral health concern, talk to your dentist.

A few minutes after each use: lukewarm water, neutral soap or jewelry cleaner, a soft-bristled brush and a clean cloth to dry. Avoid toothpaste and abrasives, which dull the mirror polish, and never use bleach or solvents. Always store the grill dry in its included case: that keeps the finish, silver or gold-effect PVD, bright over time.

A grill is removable jewelry: a metal cover shaped on the impression of your teeth that you put on and take off whenever you like, without touching the enamel. A tooth gem is a small crystal bonded directly onto the tooth by a professional, semi-permanently. I only make removable custom grillz: no work on the tooth, no adhesive: just a precise cast and a handmade piece.

They are made to last: with proper care (case, gentle cleaning, no meals, no sleeping with grillz on) they stay shiny for a long time. Free refit within 30 days if fit isn't perfect.

Not recommended. They are removable aesthetic accessories: always remove before meals and store in the included case.

No. Grillz are removable aesthetic jewelry, not medical devices, not dental prosthetics, not a replacement for the dentist.

Three paths, you pick one in the configurator: 1) Home kit, the most chosen: a professional two-step impression, with a photo check on WhatsApp before you ship. 2) In person in Monte San Giusto: a partner dental practice takes it, by appointment. 3) Your own dentist (and if you don't have one, I'll help you find one).

4-6 weeks from when a good impression arrives: 3D scan, digital sculpting, dental-alloy printing, hand finishing. I update you at every stage from your order page.

Yes. Italy €8, EU €20, USA/UK and the rest of the world €30, always tracked. Within Italy shipping is free from €200 of grillz (kit and shipping not counted); outside Italy it stays as above. When your parcel leaves I email you the link to its tracking page; within Italy delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.

On the site you pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or, when it's available for your order, in instalments with Klarna, on a secure Stripe page: your card details never pass through our servers. You pay for the whole order when you submit it, impression kit and shipping included. On orders from €300 of grillz you can also choose to pay half now and the rest when your piece is ready: you read the conditions at checkout, next to the choice, and in the Terms. The order is confirmed only when the payment succeeds: if it fails, no order exists and nothing is charged to you.

Yes: it uses the same addition silicones as dental practices, in two steps (dense putty for the shape, wash paste for the detail). You have material for 3 attempts, and before shipping you send me photos on WhatsApp: I check them and tell you if the impression is good. You always wait for that OK, so you don't ship for nothing. Only an accurate impression goes into production.

Yes, it's one of the most requested uses: weddings, photo shoots, birthdays, New Year's Eve, a music video. It's born from the exact cast of your teeth, so it fits precisely and stays put in photos and while you talk. One rule on timing: for a fixed date, order at least 8 weeks ahead — that covers the home impression kit, my OK on your photos and 4-6 weeks of work from when your impression arrives. If you're tight on the date, message me before ordering and I'll tell you if I can make it. As a gift it works well: the person takes the impression with the kit and the piece comes out made on their own teeth, not one-size-fits-all.

If Klarna is available for your order, yes: you choose it on Stripe's payment page, instead of the card. Klarna decides whether to accept the request and on what terms: you read them on its page before confirming. The price of the grillz is the same whatever payment method you use.
