Custom-made products

Grillz are made-to-measure based on your impression. Under Italian and EU law, custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 59 Italian Consumer Code). They cannot be resold to others.

Exception: manufacturing defects

If the product arrives with manufacturing defects (porosity, non-conforming finish, wrong processing), I remake it for free. You have 30 days from delivery to report it with photos. Remake time: 2-3 weeks.

Exception: imperfect fit

If the grillz doesn't fit as it should (because the impression was slightly off or other reasons), I do a free refit within 30 days of delivery. Send the piece back + a new impression, I fix it, send it back to you.

Impression kit

The home impression kit is not refundable once shipped, as it is a sealed sanitary product.

How to report an issue

Write to wassy.mox111@gmail.com with: photos of the issue, order number, detailed description. I reply within 24 business hours with the action plan.
