What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files a site saves in your browser, for example to remember a preference from one page to the next. Similar technologies are localStorage and sessionStorage: browser storage areas that stay on your device (the first until you clear it, the second until the tab closes) and which, unlike cookies, are not sent to servers.

The law distinguishes technical tools (necessary for operation, no consent required) from profiling tools (tracking for advertising, which require consent and a banner). We only use the former.

Our approach: technical only, no banner

On grillzmarche.com there are no profiling cookies, advertising trackers or third-party pixels. We use exclusively technical tools necessary for the site to work: for this reason, under art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Garante's Guidelines (10 June 2021), neither a banner nor your consent is required.

If one day we introduce tools that require consent, we will first update this page and show you a banner so you can choose.

Statistics without cookies

To count visits we use no cookies and no identifier stored on your device. The site uses a first-party counter recording only aggregate data (page viewed, country, referring site) and estimates unique visitors with a temporary technical code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to your identity. Your IP address is never stored and your browser's «Do Not Track» signal is honoured. Details are in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

Third-party cookies

None. The site embeds no social pixels, ad networks or third-party widgets that set cookies. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and the external chatbot take you to separate services: from the moment you open them, their policies apply, not ours.

How to manage cookies and stored data

You can delete or block cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage at any time from your browser settings (usually under «Privacy» or «Clear browsing data»), even for this site only. Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge publish the official instructions on their support pages.

Practical effects if you clear them: the site forgets your language, the configurator draft is lost and the opening animation plays again. Nothing else: no essential feature breaks.

Updates to this policy

If we introduce new tools (for example online payments with Stripe), we will update this table first and, if the tool requires consent, we will ask for it with a banner before switching it on. The date of the last revision is always shown at the bottom of the page.
