How I work
Configure with no commitment
Open the configurator: pick the line, number of teeth, arch and style. The price updates with every choice, item by item. Close the page whenever you like: you confirm the quote only at the end, and until then you commit to nothing.
The impression, done right
A crooked grillz is a wasted grillz. That's why I don't compromise on the impression. The most chosen path is the home kit: two professional steps (dense putty plus fine wash paste, like in the dentist's chair), material for two complete attempts and a WhatsApp photo check before you ship. Or I take it myself at the atelier in 30 minutes, or your dentist does it. Whichever path you pick, I check it before working on it.
Handmade production in Marche
Every piece passes through my hands. Your impression becomes a plaster model, the model goes through a professional 3D scan, and on that file I sculpt your grillz digitally, tooth by tooth. The printing in ISO 22674 chrome-cobalt dental alloy is done by a certified centre in Italy; refining, mirror polishing and stone setting I do myself at the atelier. One to two weeks of work, email updates at every step.
