The grillz doesn't arrive in a pouch. Rigid Grillz Marche branded box, shaped interior, microfiber cloth and care card included. Made to be opened well — and to keep the piece when you're not wearing it.

Tracked and insured shipping
Every shipment leaves insured for full value and with a tracking code. Express courier, monitoring all the way to hand delivery. No parcels vanishing into thin air.
Step 03
Real updates
I don't leave you in the dark. Email at every stage: impression received, work halfway, photos of the finished piece before dispatch, courier tracking. You always know where your order is.
Step 04
Customs and abroad
For orders outside the EU I ship with DHL Express, insurance included. Customs duties of the destination country are paid by the recipient — I tell you up front, so there are no surprises on arrival.
And if something goes wrong?
The parcel arrives insured: if it travels damaged, I handle it with the courier. For returns and exchanges you'll find all conditions on the dedicated page.
