How your grillz travels

    Premium pack

    The grillz doesn't arrive in a pouch. Rigid Grillz Marche branded box, shaped interior, microfiber cloth and care card included. Made to be opened well, and to keep the piece when you're not wearing it.

  2. Step 02

    Tracked shipping

    Every shipment leaves with a tracking code. Tracked courier and a dedicated tracking page: you see every movement until it is delivered. No parcels vanishing into thin air.

  3. Step 03

    Real updates

    I don't leave you in the dark. Email at every stage: impression received, work halfway, photos of the finished piece before dispatch, the link to your tracking page. You always know where your order is.

  4. Step 04

    Customs and abroad

    For orders outside the EU I ship with a tracked international courier. Customs duties of the destination country are paid by the recipient: I tell you up front, so there are no surprises on arrival.

And if something goes wrong?

If the parcel travels damaged, I handle the courier claim myself. For returns and exchanges you'll find all conditions on the dedicated page.
