A grillz is only as good as its impression
Your grillz is built on an exact copy of your dental arch. There are no standard sizes: every mouth is different, and a piece built on a precise impression fits without forcing, doesn't shift when you talk and disappears when you wear it. That's why, whichever method you choose, every impression goes through my check before production starts. One rule only: no rough impressions.

Impression kit at home
I ship you the kit: two professional silicones (dense putty + fine wash paste), illustrated instructions and material for 3 attempts. Take the impression, send me the photo on WhatsApp and after my OK ship everything back in the kit's own box: I'll walk you through it. The silicone survives 1–2 weeks in transit.

Visit your trusted dentist, ask for an alginate or silicone impression, and they'll give you the plaster model. You ship it to me at Via Nicolò Bonafede 5, Monte San Giusto (MC), 62015, Italy.

The impression, straight up
Does taking the impression hurt?
No. The material is soft: it sits on your arch and sets in a couple of minutes. No needles, no drills: it's the same procedure a dentist would use for a night guard or whitening trays.
What if my kit impression comes out wrong?
It happens, and it's expected. The kit includes material for 3 attempts, and before shipping back you send me photos on WhatsApp: I check them and you wait for my OK, always. Only a valid impression goes into production.
How much does the impression affect the final result?
It's everything. A grillz is a metal copy of your arch: if the impression is precise, the piece fits like a glove; if it's rough, you'll feel it. That's why I never work from a questionable impression.
Do I have to choose the method now?
