Every grillz is born in Monte San Giusto, Marche. 1-2 weeks, handmade, each piece unique.
From your impression to the finished piece there are weeks of work, hands and patience. No assembly line: every grillz is built step by step, on the cast of your own mouth. What leaves the atelier is a one-off piece, made for you and no one else.

How a piece is born
From impression to model
Your impression becomes a hand-poured plaster model: the exact copy of your dental arch. I work on that cast, millimeter by millimeter. The basis of everything is physical, tangible, yours — not a generic file.
The wax-up
On the model I sculpt the wax, tooth by tooth. It's the longest and most important stage: thickness, gum line, the way the grillz hugs the tooth all start here. A good wax-up is a grillz you don't feel in your mouth.
The casting
Lost-wax technique. The wax is burned out and the certified Marche foundry casts the chrome-cobalt dental alloy in its place. The piece comes out raw, matte, still rough. From here on it's all handwork.
Finishing and fit
File, burrs, abrasive paper. I remove casting burrs, adjust thickness, check that every tooth fits without forcing. This is the stage that decides comfort: a well-finished grillz disappears, a badly finished one you feel all day.
Mirror polish
The final pass. Progressive pastes up to a mirror finish: the metal goes from matte to full reflection. If there are settings or stones, this is when they go in. It comes out exactly as you see it in the photos — that's yours.

From impression confirmation to shipping it takes 1-2 weeks on average. I update you by email at every stage, photos of the finished piece included. If something doesn't fit right at the fitting, I fix it: the grillz is made to last and to be comfortable, and until it is, the job isn't done.
