Una zanna su un solo canino: il profilo lo allungo a punta in modellazione 3D, sul tuo calco, e la punta la rifinisco a mano perché non sia tagliente. Lega dentale cromo-cobalto ISO 22674, lucidata a specchio. Va montata sul canino superiore, destro o sinistro, e si vede appena apri bocca. È il modo più economico per provare un grillz su misura senza impegnarsi su un’arcata.

You pick the piece and order it. The impression kit reaches you at home (or you come to the atelier). You send the impression back, I scan it and model the piece in 3D on your cast: before printing I send you the render, so we fix things on screen and not on metal. Then printing, hand finishing and mirror polishing. One to two weeks from your impression, with an update at every step.

About this piece

The most affordable piece in the portfolio at €119. A single canine can be worn every day and touches no other tooth: if you are still deciding whether grillz are for you, this is the least demanding way to find out before moving to a multi-tooth piece. This is the portfolio entry piece: one canine, pointed profile, 119 euro. The tip is rounded just enough not to bother your lip: the vamp effect lives in the shape, not the edge. Many take it as a first experiment to learn how a grillz feels in the mouth: on and off in a second, and the cast stays on file for the pieces after.

How the order works

1. Pick the design
Start from this piece or change it with me. The total for your combination updates live in the configurator, before you leave any contact details.
2. The impression
Kit at home, the atelier in Monte San Giusto, or your own dentist. With the kit you send me photos of the cast on WhatsApp and wait for my OK before shipping it.
3. The making
3D scan, digital sculpting, dental alloy printing and hand finishing: 1–2 weeks on average. I update you at every stage.

Online you only pay for the impression kit, if you choose it. You pay for the grill later, when I confirm the design once the impression has arrived.
