Eight teeth designed from scratch: the most demanding job in the portfolio, because the sculpting is done tooth by tooth while the design has to stay continuous across the whole arch. It starts from your references and the notes you leave in the configurator. ISO 22674 chrome-cobalt, printed at a certified centre in Italy and then finished by hand here.

About this piece
Eight teeth is the widest piece in the portfolio, and at €587 it is also the best value per tooth among the made-to-measure works (around €73 each). Covering the whole visible span means thinking as a set: every tooth has to work alone and in line with the others.
Sculpted in 3D on your impression and finished by hand in the atelier, in Monte San Giusto, Italy.
How the order works
1. Pick the design
Start from this piece or change it with me. The total for your combination updates live in the configurator, before you leave any contact details.
2. The impression
Kit at home, the atelier in Monte San Giusto, or your own dentist. With the kit you send me photos of the cast on WhatsApp and wait for my OK before shipping it.
3. The making
3D scan, digital sculpting, dental alloy printing and hand finishing: 1–2 weeks on average. I update you at every stage.
Online you only pay for the impression kit, if you choose it. You pay for the grill later, when I confirm the design once the impression has arrived.
