Otto denti, cioè tutta l’arcata che si vede quando sorridi, con il disegno che porti tu: uno schizzo, una foto, un’idea scritta. Lo trasformo in modello 3D sul tuo calco e te lo mando prima di stampare, così correggiamo su schermo e non sul metallo. Lega dentale cromo-cobalto ISO 22674, rifinita e lucidata a mano dente per dente. Una-due settimane, aggiornamenti a ogni passaggio.

You pick the piece and order it. The impression kit reaches you at home (or you come to the atelier). You send the impression back, I scan it and model the piece in 3D on your cast: before printing I send you the render, so we fix things on screen and not on metal. Then printing, hand finishing and mirror polishing. One to two weeks from your impression, with an update at every step.

About this piece

Eight teeth is the widest piece in the portfolio, and at €587 it is also the best value per tooth among the made-to-measure works (around €73 each). Covering the whole visible span means thinking as a set: every tooth has to work alone and in line with the others. Eight teeth is the full top row: when you smile, only the piece shows, which is the point. It is also the cut that asks the most bench hours: eight seats meeting on one arch, one continuous polish without breaks. The first days your mouth notices it, then you forget it is there. Coming from your first grillz, I would suggest the 4-teeth stop first: same look, half the commitment.

How the order works

  1. 1. Pick the design

    Start from this piece or change it with me. The total for your combination updates live in the configurator, before you leave any contact details.

  2. 2. The impression

    Kit at home, the atelier in Monte San Giusto, or your own dentist. With the kit you send me photos of the cast on WhatsApp and wait for my OK before shipping it.

  3. 3. The making

    3D scan, digital sculpting, dental alloy printing and hand finishing: 1–2 weeks on average. I update you at every stage.

Online you only pay for the impression kit, if you choose it. You pay for the grill later, when I confirm the design once the impression has arrived.

Made-to-measure removable dental jewellery: an accessory, not medical work.
