Quattro denti con la sagoma incisa sul fronte, finiti in PVD effetto oro. Il PVD è lo stesso trattamento delle casse degli orologi: si deposita sotto vuoto sulla lega dentale cromo-cobalto ISO 22674 già lucidata a specchio, e tiene molto più di una doratura. Non è oro e non lo vendo come tale: è il colore dell’oro senza il prezzo dell’oro. Il disegno lo chiudiamo insieme prima di stampare.

You pick the piece and order it. The impression kit reaches you at home (or you come to the atelier). You send the impression back, I scan it and model the piece in 3D on your cast: before printing I send you the render, so we fix things on screen and not on metal. Then printing, hand finishing and mirror polishing. One to two weeks from your impression, with an update at every step.

About this piece

The only gold-effect piece in the portfolio. Underneath is the same chrome-cobalt dental alloy as the others: the gold is a PVD coating applied by a specialist centre in Italy, not added precious metal. Four teeth at €287, with the shape cut to measure. PVD is not costume-jewellery gilding: it is a vacuum deposition, the same process used on watches, and it holds its colour in normal use. Care is simple: lukewarm water and a soft cloth, never abrasive pastes, because on PVD gold scratches show more than on bare polish. Four teeth with a custom profile: the photo is one example, yours can be another.

Sculpted in 3D on your impression and finished by hand in the atelier, in Monte San Giusto, Italy.

How the order works

1. Pick the design
Start from this piece or change it with me. The total for your combination updates live in the configurator, before you leave any contact details.
2. The impression
Kit at home, the atelier in Monte San Giusto, or your own dentist. With the kit you send me photos of the cast on WhatsApp and wait for my OK before shipping it.
3. The making
3D scan, digital sculpting, dental alloy printing and hand finishing: 1–2 weeks on average. I update you at every stage.

Online you only pay for the impression kit, if you choose it. You pay for the grill later, when I confirm the design once the impression has arrived.
