Sono ore di banco, ed è il motivo del prezzo. La base è lega dentale cromo-cobalto ISO 22674, lucidata a specchio prima dell’incastonatura. You pick the piece and order it. The impression kit reaches you at home (or you come to the atelier). You send the impression back, I scan it and model the piece in 3D on your cast: before printing I send you the render, so we fix things on screen and not on metal. Then printing, hand finishing and mirror polishing. One to two weeks from your impression, with an update at every step.

About this piece
It carries the highest cost per tooth in the portfolio (€367 for two teeth), and the reason is time: every stone is set and checked one at a time. It is not fast work, and that is exactly why the surface stays even instead of looking glued on. Every zircon sits in its own milled seat, set by hand, not glued on top: that is why a real full iced costs more than a smooth piece and does not shed stones at the first coffee. On two teeth the effect is maximum impact at minimum size: the light moves as soon as you speak. Most people pair it with well-visible upper teeth; if unsure which, send me a photo of your smile from the configurator and I will tell you on your own mouth.

How the order works
1. Pick the design
Start from this piece or change it with me. The total for your combination updates live in the configurator, before you leave any contact details.
2. The impression
Kit at home, the atelier in Monte San Giusto, or your own dentist. With the kit you send me photos of the cast on WhatsApp and wait for my OK before shipping it.
3. The making
3D scan, digital sculpting, dental alloy printing and hand finishing: 1–2 weeks on average. I update you at every stage.
Online you only pay for the impression kit, if you choose it. You pay for the grill later, when I confirm the design once the impression has arrived.
Made-to-measure removable dental jewellery: an accessory, not medical work.
