Custom Heart — custom grillz design by the Grillz Marche atelier, made to measure on the cast of your teeth

Two teeth with a heart designed together with you: you send the reference, I adapt it to the real shape of your arch before the file goes to print. It isn't a module picked off a menu, it's a drawing born on your own cast. Same ISO 22674 dental alloy as the other Essential pieces, all finishing done by hand.

About this piece

Unlike the Open Heart, this one starts from a reference you send and is adapted to the real shape of your teeth: two different arches never give back the same heart. The price (€199) stays the same because what changes is the drawing, not the amount of metal.

Sculpted in 3D on your impression and finished by hand in the atelier, in Monte San Giusto, Italy.

How the order works

  1. 1. Pick the design

    Start from this piece or change it with me. The total for your combination updates live in the configurator, before you leave any contact details.

  2. 2. The impression

    Kit at home, the atelier in Monte San Giusto, or your own dentist. With the kit you send me photos of the cast on WhatsApp and wait for my OK before shipping it.

  3. 3. The making

    3D scan, digital sculpting, dental alloy printing and hand finishing: 1–2 weeks on average. I update you at every stage.

Online you only pay for the impression kit, if you choose it. You pay for the grill later, when I confirm the design once the impression has arrived.
