Stessa costruzione dell’open face classico, ma la finestra è tagliata a cuore. Il disegno lo chiudo sul modello prima della stampa, così il cuore cade centrato sul dente e non storto: è la parte che separa un pezzo pulito da uno approssimativo. Lega dentale cromo-cobalto ISO 22674, bordi raccordati e lucidatura a specchio. Sugli incisivi superiori si legge subito.

You pick the piece and order it. The impression kit reaches you at home (or you come to the atelier). You send the impression back, I scan it and model the piece in 3D on your cast: before printing I send you the render, so we fix things on screen and not on metal. Then printing, hand finishing and mirror polishing. One to two weeks from your impression, with an update at every step.

About this piece

Same price as the Custom Heart (€199) but the opposite logic: here the shape is already defined, nothing is drawn from scratch. It costs the same because the real work is the clean cut-out, not the concept: the inner edge is finished by hand since it is the part you see most. The heart is cut as a window: your natural enamel fills the shape and becomes the design itself. It is the most gifted piece in the portfolio, often via gift card, so the person takes their impression at their own pace and the heart arrives on THEIR size, not a standard fit. It sits on two teeth of your choice: centrals to show it, laterals to play it subtle.

How the order works

1. Pick the design
Start from this piece or change it with me. The total for your combination updates live in the configurator, before you leave any contact details.
2. The impression
Kit at home, the atelier in Monte San Giusto, or your own dentist. With the kit you send me photos of the cast on WhatsApp and wait for my OK before shipping it.
3. The making
3D scan, digital sculpting, dental alloy printing and hand finishing: 1–2 weeks on average. I update you at every stage.

Online you only pay for the impression kit, if you choose it. You pay for the grill later, when I confirm the design once the impression has arrived.
